Stupid amounts of rain over the weekend, urged me to do a bit of bike drivetrain cleaning. Up till now I had been using Bendix brake cleaner, but stumbled upon White Lightning Clean Streak recently while chatting at my LBS. I was already an avid user of their Clean Ride wax lube and the only draw back is the tendency to get a wax build up.
The Clean Streak is available as a trigger pack, making capture of the chain on the cleaning brushes very easy and minimizes the mess. At $60 (1 x can + trigger) it is a small investment but the trigger is re-usable, so I am expecting several cans of use out it.
